Michael Biehn and Jennifer Blanc-Biehn begin filming the remake of Hidden In The Woods

Announcement of Upcoming Films and Roster of Directors

LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)-- Blanc Biehn Productions recently announced its multi-picture deal with executive producer Lony Ruhmann and casting on the remake of Hidden in the Woods with Chilean director, Patricio Valledares. Just as principal photography is gearing up, Blanc Biehn productions announced its multi picture deal with Lony Ruhmann.

Following is Blanc Biehn Productions roster of directors and films lined up through Spring 2015:

Jennifer Blanc-Biehn (Wrong Cops, Dark Angel, The Victim, Among Friends) will direct her husband Michael Biehn, along with Evie Louise Tompson (The Call, Hidden In The Woods) in The Girl.

Brianne Davis (Among Friends, Jarhead, Prom Night) will direct Night Visitor 2: Heather’s Story. “We are so excited since she understands the vision having starred as the lead in The Night Visitor,” exclaimed Blanc-Biehn. The story is based on Lony Ruhmann’s characters in The Night Visitor, now in post and screenplay by Bradley Marcus and Kevin Marcus who also penned the screenplay of the first in the series of films.

Richard Gunn (Dark Angel, Granite Flats) will make his directorial debut with Night Maire.

Barbara Stepansky (Final Recourse, Fugue, Hurt) will direct Calls From Dead People and Night Visitor 3. Stepansky’s work has been short listed for the Academy Awards, garnered the DGA Diversity Award, the Student Emmy, and won the USA Film Festival award.

Patrick Rea (Lionsgates' Nailbiter) will direct Get Back Joe. “Rea’s work comes across not so much as indie work, but has the look of a full blown studio effort, the films are really that impressive!” - Geek Tyrant.

Mark Gantt (Bannon Way, Oceans 11, The Night Visitor) will direct Skipping Time.

We are also pleased to announce that The Night Visitor 4 will be in production in spring 2015. We are trying to create an environment that is full of enthusiasm and creativity.”

Blanc Biehn Productions, is the partnership of famed actors Michael Biehn and Jennifer Blanc-Biehn. The pair decided to put their passion for acting and filmmaking into creating their own production company. Most recently, the duo produced the grindhouse film, The Victim which co-stars Danielle Harris. The Victim will be released this month in Germany. The company is finishing post-production on their film Treachery with Tiffany Boyle at Ramo PC and Marty Poole of Fairway Films. The Night Visitor is in post-production and will currently be ready for sales and distribution this summer, with other films in development.
