Moviegoers invited to meet the Foodimals on the "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2" Foodmobile Tour

On Monday afternoon, September 2, local Las Vegas residents and visitors enjoying an afternoon out at Sunset Park got an unexpected treat with the arrival of a food truck offering FREE box lunches to one and all.
However, this was not the usual food truck. This food truck was part of a foodimobile tour making stops at family-friendly destinations across the country to help promote Sony Pictures Animation’s highly anticipated animated feature Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 that hits theaters everywhere on September 27. As a whole new way for moviegoers to meet the film's delicious co-stars, the healthy and tasty lunch-sized portions of food, served in lunch boxes features foodimal characters including tacodiles, hippotatomuses, fruit cockatiels, subwhales, watermelophants, Barry (he’s a strawberry), pickles, carrots, and celery. Visitors also walked away with recipe cards explaining how to make foodimals at home.

The tour, which began in Salt Lake City and Miami on August 31, goes through the opening weekend of the film.
